1. Use of Platform

AskMeAnything.life is an online platform that connects users with mentors for live Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Registration Terms

To register for sessions, you must create an account using a valid mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.

Each session has a limited number of spots. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you register for a session, you are expected to attend. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Some sessions on AskMeAnything.life are paid. Payment is collected at the time of registration through our payment partner (Razorpay). All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: failure to attend a session, dissatisfaction with session content, or technical difficulties on your end. If a session is cancelled by the mentor or the platform, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session at our discretion.

4. Session Conduct

By participating in sessions, you agree to:

• Be respectful and courteous to mentors and other attendees.
• Not record, screenshot, or redistribute session content without explicit permission from the mentor.
• Not use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language during sessions.
• Submit questions that are relevant and appropriate for the session topic.
• Not share session video call links with non-registered individuals.

AskMeAnything.life reserves the right to remove any user from a session or ban accounts that violate these conduct guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AskMeAnything.life, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of AskMeAnything.life or its mentors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal information necessary for providing our services, including your name, mobile number, email address, and payment details. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your profile information (first name and last initial) may be visible to other attendees and mentors.

A comprehensive Privacy Policy will be published separately and will be incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

AskMeAnything.life is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided during sessions. Mentors express their own views and opinions, which do not necessarily represent those of AskMeAnything.life.

In no event shall AskMeAnything.life be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of AskMeAnything.life after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
